Convert Turkish grades to French
From Turkish (0–100) to French (0–20). Instant, free, calculated in your browser.
Students moving from Turkish universities to French universities face this conversion when programmes report grades in the Turkish system but admissions in the destination country expect the French system.
How the Turkish → French conversion works
Every MyCollab conversion runs through a single 0–1 normalized score so the math stays consistent across all nine systems.
Turkish percentages first map to a 4.0 letter grade (AA = 4.0, BA = 3.5 … FF = 0), then to the normalized scale via gpa ÷ 4.0.
To express the normalized score on the French 0–20 scale, MyCollab applies norm × 20 and rounds to one decimal.
Worked example: a 85 on the Turkish (0–100) scale normalizes to 0.88. On the French (0–20) scale, 0.88 corresponds to 17.50 (Très Bien (16–20)).
Worked example
85 (Turkish) → 17.50 (French)
Normalized score: 0.88 · Très Bien (16–20)
